A little festive fun.
A big difference to
our school.
The Christmas Fair is so much more than a festive afternoon. It's a chance for our school community to come together, create wonderful memories for the children and raise vital funds to help make Esher Church School even better.
Last year's Christmas Fair raised over £8,000!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our families, this money helped provide 30 new Chromebooks, support ongoing curriculum costs and contribute towards the Innovation Hub.
What are we fundraising for this year?
This year, we're supporting one of the school's most exciting projects: the new Innovation Hub.
Council grant funding is helping with the roof and insulation, but there's still a great deal to do to bring the inside of this new space to life.
Alongside this ambitious project, ECSA continues to support the everyday extras that make a real difference to our children's learning, from books, maths resources and sports equipment to playground improvements and resources for children with additional needs.
These are the things that enrich school life but aren't always possible within the school's existing budget.
Every bit of support makes a difference. Whether you buy a ticket, donate a prize, volunteer an hour or simply come along and enjoy the fair, you're helping make it happen.
Thank you for being part of it!

How can you help make the magic happen?
The Christmas Fair is made possible by our brilliant school community, with every class helping to organise part of the day.
There are lots of ways to support the fair, and no one is expected to do everything!
Donate something
Throughout November, we'll be collecting donations for some of our favourite Christmas Fair activities. Every contribution is appreciated, however big or small.
-
Each class has its own festive hamper theme. Your Class Rep will share suggested items to help create a wonderful collection of prizes.
-
Have a new, unused gift suitable for an adult that you won't use? We'd love to give it a home in our Kids' Mall! Toiletries, candles, stationery, accessories, small homeware and packaged treats are all great ideas.
-
Fill a clean supermarket jar with sweets, stationery, small toys or other little surprises. Add a festive wrapping-paper band around the label if you can!
Have a cuddly friend ready for a new home? We'd love your clean, pre-loved soft toys for our Adopt a Festive Friend stall! -
Children can come to school in their own clothes in exchange for an unopened bottle. Wine, soft drinks, cordial, bubble bath and other suitable bottles are all welcome.
Your Class Rep will share reminders and collection details closer to each date.
Give a little time
You don't need to join a committee or commit to hours of work to make a difference. Perhaps you can help with a stall for 30 minutes, bake something delicious, prepare decorations, sort donations or lend a hand setting up. Every class has its own activity, and your Class Rep will be coordinating volunteers.
One job, one idea or one hour can make a real difference.
